My son walks out of your house smiling every time and that's something that NEVER coincided with exercise for him. He likes telling me about what you guys did, and I think he's even a littel proud of himself. That's a big deal because self-esteem is a problem for him. He seems to be ejoying working with you (he'll never admit he enjoys exercising, but I can tell). He's really trying to follow the doctor's orders. He's even lost about 10 pounds and his blood pressure is going down. You deserve a big chunk of the credit for that.

I’m a huge fan of the corrective assessment that Sara offers. I recommend it to all my massage clients. It’s all about how our bodies move and function during our daily routine activities. Sara has an excellent understanding of anatomy and how the body moves. She offers simple yet highly effective exercises that don’t require a lot of fancy equipment. During the assessment, Sara will evaluate you from head to toe and will likely find issues you weren’t even aware you had! Everyone will benefit from this. I highly recommend it!

Sara's NKT therapy has healed my injuries more naturally with corrective exercises. My injuries have come from weight lifting with bad form, and golf. Recently, my injury was in my right knee. Sara tested various muscles in the area of pain and injury and discovered the knee muscle was operating only at 2% capacity. She showed me that if I massage a muscle near my waist where it connects to a bone, it would actually release the muscle in my knee. It took a few days of therapy and rest but the results were obvious by the third day! Within two weeks, I was able to able to restart light exercise to rebuild good habits. Many thanks!

Who is Sara Lewis?

Sara Lewis is a certified personal trainer and life coach with a degree in Exercise Science and advanced training in Neurokinetic Therapy. She helps women rebuild physical and emotional strength through science-based movement and mindset work.

Based in Northern Virginia, Sara works with women all over the country.
