My Process as a Personal Life Coach

Gentle, Grounded, Growth that lasts.

Change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different; it comes from learning how to work with yourself. Here’s what that looks like inside my coaching:

Identify Limiting Beliefs

Step 1
We bring to light the subconscious stories that are the root of our behavior. We behave according to what we believe. So if you believe you should be doing more, you'll push yourself to always be busy and feel guilty for relaxing.

Rewriting Empowering Beliefs

Step 2
In this step, we talk through the process of releasing old beliefs and rewriting new beliefs. This is where we start building mental strength, self-trust, and confidence.

This step can be very emotional and I teach simple exercises to regulate the system. Learning what to do with uncomfortable feelings is a big part of my process.

Alignment

Step 3
This is where we align your desires, values, and goals. We answer the question, what do you value, and then align that with the vision of your future self.

Create Habits

Step 4
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s integration. We work on creating tiny habits that drive aligned behavior. You’ll leave with a deep understanding of your own patterns, personalized tools for movement and mindset, and the confidence to maintain what you’ve built long after coaching ends.

This is what happens
when you prioritize Yourself

I feel like I’m more in control and can prioritize what's important to me. I have more understanding of my time… time for business, time for family, and awareness of time to fit better into a schedule. Working with Sara is amazing and life changing. Thank you, Sara, for taking the time to coach. I truly knew what needed to be done, but needed my hand held and forced to accomplish it. Very valuable information and I really appreciate you!
Joyce C.
I’m so grateful for the time I had with you. I learned so much about myself and had many many "aha" moments. I look forward to working toward improving, growing, and developing, especially my communication and connections.

Client story

Colette was referred to me after hearing from her therapist that she had “perfectionist” tendencies. She wanted to learn more about this. She liked her corporate job, but just didn’t feel like she was really valued or seen. We worked together to uncover her limiting beliefs and rewire new ones. We defined her values and one of them is “fun.” As we worked on creating habits that align with her goals, she decided that dancing would be fun.

She always turns on music in the morning, so her dancing habit was easy to start. She took her first sip of coffee and then danced as much as she liked right there in her kitchen. When I checked in with her several weeks later (after the program had ended) she said she “loved dancing.” It started her whole day off right and she was in a better mood when she arrived at work.
